I have to agree that the removal of the "close source tab" option is a deal breaker. I'm back to v 1.04 unless and until it's restored. Outside of that, still great.

Ya he reportado mi opinión a la dirección de contacto de la web de Downthemall!, pero aprovecho para hacerlo aquí también. Para mí siempre ha sido el mejor add-on para Firefox, pero al quitar la opción de "Cerrar la pestaña de origen" se me ha fastidiado el invento, porque se vuelve realmente lento poner a descargar muchos enlaces de pestañas diferentes. Por eso, me he instalado la versión anterior y no la actualizaré hasta que vuelva esa opción, y cuando lo haga le daré las 5 estrellas que ha tenido para mí hasta la versión 1.1.

I've already reported my opinion to the contact e-mail adress at the Downthemall! webpage, but I'm going to express it here too. For me, it has always been the best add-on for Firefox, but when the "Close source tab" was removed, the manager became unusable for me, as it is really tiring and slow downloading many links from different tabs. That's why I've re-installed the previous version and I won't update it until that option is back, and then, I'll rate this add-on with the five stars it has deserved in my opinion until version 1.1 was released.

Para mí siempre ha sido el mejor add-on para Firefox, pero al quitar la opción de "Cerrar la pestaña de origen" se me ha fastidiado el invento, porque se vuelve realmente lento poner a descargar muchos enlaces de pestañas diferentes. Por eso, me he instalado la versión anterior y no la actualizaré hasta que vuelva esa opción, y cuando lo haga le daré las 5 estrellas que ha tenido para mí hasta la versión 1.1.

DTA has become unusable for me without the 'close tab on download' option.

Please can you restore this essential functionality? It never gave me any problems.

Please replace the "close source tab feature" it caused no problems at all and was an essential part of the add-on.

Those who have problems with flashgot+downthemall can install the previous version of DTA from here http://www.downthemall.net/main/install-it/dta-10-local-mirror/ .It works for me.

I write to congratulate you all because the latest version (1.1) of DownThemAll was truly a great add-on to Mozilla. I had been using the previous version and I can say that ver 1.1 is a great release. Bugs from the previous versions were solved and now, its smooth sailing for ver 1.1

DownThemAll is a very important add-on to Firefox because as far as Linux is concerned, I couldn't quite find the right download manager for my files. I've been using wxDownload Fast, wGet, KGet and others...two words: "LOUSY! SLOW!" wxDoanload Fast has segmentation fault issues and always crashes randomly.

DownThemAll ver 1.1 really beat the competitors hands down in terms of Linux download managers and I highly recommend them.

Anyway, thank you once again for the development effort and HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you.

I myself have tested this add-on out in Firefox 3.6a1pre by disabling the compatibility check and I can say for a fact that it works fine. A bump to 3.6a1pre wouldn't effect anyone.

Fantastic! It allows me to easily manage my downloads but it also accelerated them like crazy! :D I'm talking 400% faster! Just as the description says! It's true but it appears only to apply to broadband or connections faster than DSL. It'll still shave off some time over downloads using DSL though. I recommend this addon highly. Your results may vary. I was testing out DownThemAll's abilities with a Verizon FiOS connection.

Congratulations for the great work, even the regexp, it's what i always needed and intended to design ;)
I just need one extra thing... scheduler for each download, that will give 5 STARS

Die Benutzeroberfläche war ohne extra Konfiguration unmittelbar nach Installation in deutsch. Ein Hinweis auf die Erhältlichkeit in deutscher Sprache sollte auch in die ganz kurzen Tool-Beschreibung aufgenommen werden.
