I used to have problems downloading larger files due to unstable internet connection - the files always stopped some where in-between. DownThemAll solves MOST of that problem (some servers do not allow partial downloads so there's really nothing that can be done) and it resides as a plug-in in Firefox... I don't have to install another program for that. :)

it's nice and light, besides it's the only accelerator that works in my crappy windows vista network, i don't know WHY! However it keeps changing files'names. I have to rename them all the time, this can be a pain in the ass if you download more than 3 files at one time.

This program is simply amazing. The add-on really shines for certain Web sites that offer mass amounts of images without the option of downloading them in a zip file. For instance, Web sites where you have to click a photo thumbnail, right click, hit save, and then go back, click the next photo, right click, ad nauseum.

It has saved me so many hours that I cannot recommend this program enough.

One of the best download managers in the net. It's really handy and useful. Works like a charm. I haven't got any problems with it. Fast and user friendly. Give it a try and U won't regret it.

OMG b4 i use downthemall my download speed is about only 50kb/ps with downthemall my download speed is about 300kb/ps o.0 . 4 those that wants to download download accelerator i recommend this ! 5/5

Para mi es imprescindible; es altamente estable, eficiente, utiliza perfectamente tu ancho de banda en las descargas disminuyendo el tiempo notoriamente, es de fácil configuración, con un amplia gama de opciones y un excelente diseño de interfaz.

Unlike most of US. I live near NYC and my internet is uber fast. 15MB download pipe. (and thats the cheap one) So having a tool in firefox that can connect up to 10 times to the same place to download something really helps speed alot. I wish however that they would allow me to add multiple server connections for the same file. Because even the 10 connections, all im doing is destroying one server. I could really destroy 3
