Lot of cookie managers out there but this is EXACTLY what I wanted. Just a simple toggle in the toolbar for allowing cookies on current site. Perfect for people who block cookies by default & want a simple way to allow the current site. Manually going into Settings>Privacy & typing the site name is annoying. This addon makes it a breeze!!! Very simple, no bells whistles, just WORKS!!

First thanks for your addon and for Pale Moon support! It even works with Pale Moon 27 (currently alpha test version).
I have a request: Can you please add the feature for clean cookies after the tab get closed, like the "Self Destruction Cookie" addon?
That would be awesome and make your addon to the best cookie addon!

As the user below said, to be able to delete cookies by name would be a good option.
An example, *first* party google cookies are a real nuisance (_utm etc) and to have those blocked globally by name would be very useful.
I wonder if this could be a possibility in the future ?
(I haven`t been able to find any other way of doing this)
It`s still the best Cookie addon available after having tested all the others - all of which had some annoying feature or other and made me uninstall quickly.

Okay, okay, I like it.

I liked the idea of an add-on that would block unwanted cookies (just like other add-ons such as Cookie Monster do), but would also delete all unprotected cookies when Firefox closes. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any way to keep this add-on from deleting all cookies on exit (whether they're protected or not) by using that option. What's the point of designating some cookies as "protected" if they're just going to be wiped out anyway?
I wrote to the author of the add-on to point out this issue, but never heard back, so I've returned to Cookie Monster.

Everything is working good except " clear unwanted cookies at exit" I'm using FF.ESR 45.2.0 and everything was good with the previous version of this add-on, so please try to fix this issue soon. Thanks

Love this add-on it is very handy to have, However one thing I noticed that is slightly annoying is on certain cookies deleting them causes it to jump back to the top of the list and I have to scroll back to where I was. After further testing it only seems to happen when sites in the list have 7 or more cookies associated with that site that causes it to jump back to the top of the list once you delete the site from the list. Overall this is a wonderful add-on and I recommend it for anyone that wants a good cookie manager!

Where does firefox give the option to block or keep a domains cookies through a popup, I know you can write down every domain you want blocked in firefox prefs But who wants to keep having to do that when you could have option to block through a popup while surfing .
Your cookie manager before 1.8.5 gave that kind of option.
The best Browser that ever gave the option & power to choose what cookies to keep & block individual or group cookies etc.. on a site by site bases through a popup was KDE3 Konqueror (I think KDE4 Konqueror does nearly the same not sure) .
I used to think that what ever cookie manager gave power like Konqueror gave to people would have a edge over other Managers.
I had searched for ages for an addon in either chrome or firefox that gives the power that Konqueror gave & yours was the only one that at least gave something similar though not as powerful.
Have a google at how many people were annoyed years ago when FireFox removed the option to block through a popup like you removed recently .
Like my previous reply, nothing was removed. It is CK 1.9.0 which introduce the possibility to change the current website permissions with the toolbar popup.
Here a screen-shot of the CK 1.8.5 popup: http://bayimg.com/faiDLaAGi
Look at the screen-shots for 1.9.0 here on addons.moz.
So I don't know what's is going on with your installation, but no, nothing was removed.
Maybe you are talking of the CookieKeeper preference window. If it is this option, it's still available. Click on the icon which represent a gear on top right of the panel.

I though this is a great extension, combining Cookie Monster and Cookie Manager+ in one with a nicer interface. But then I clicked "Remove All Cookies" hoping it would delete the cookies for website I was at. Instead it removed all of my cookies without even a confirmation dialog! So, it goes from great to junk until this is fixed. I don't want to loose all my cookies by accidentally hitting that menu item.

The "Remove All Cookies" options remove alls cookies, well because it remove ALL cookies.
Your sentences sound like an order, should I reply: "Sir yes sir" ?
I am taking my free time to do this add-on, you didn't pay me for it.
If you want something, ask nicely, using the support e-mail. I would have propose to add an option, like having a confirm dialogue, hide this option from the menu ...

highest quality cookie manager, love it !
but i think to have the "delete all cookies" directly in the main menu is way too dangerous. i modded the panel myself but it would be good to have an option to hide it.

When I show the cookies of the current website and click to delete all cookies, all firefox cookies are deleted.
It's brings confusion.
Hi,
Using the main CookieKeeper window, I can't reproduce that.
If you have a domain in the search textbox, or any other search, when you click on "Remove All", only displayed cookies are deleted.
If you use the "Remove All Cookies" menu item from the toolbar, or the Firefox menu, yes, all cookies are deleted. It is the expected behaviour from my point of view.

Thank you for another major release! As soon as self-destructing cookie capability is introduced, CK will become one of most important security/privacy addons around here. (Together with Noscript, Adblock etc.)

I need to block individual cookies. Or have them deleted right after they have been placed. I hope either CookieKeeper or CookieCuller is going to provide that option. For when you can't afford to block an entire site, nor want to wait for removal when closing Firefox.

Probably due to this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1254752
Needs to be updated before it hits releases.
Options can't be changed, cookies can't be deleted.
The next release of CK will fix this issue. It should be available soon.

My only question would be, if you can remove the cookie cruller for which this is an 'update'. That might be in the description of this add-on. But as to the functionality, it is terrific. Thanks
Это отзыв для предыдущей версии этого дополнения (1.8.5.1-signed.1-let-fixed).Hi,
Remove another add-on when you install one may be a bad idea. Plus I am not sure that Mozilla will accept this feature. I just propose to migrate CookieCuller options, on install. I think it is sufficient. CookieCuller is now very old, and may have completely stop working now.
You can remove obsolete add-on easily yourself with the "about:addons" page ;-)

Thank you for this great and enhanced successor of CookieCuller.

It works, but it requires far more work than it's worth. This should function like Vanilla does on Chromium/Chrome where a site can be whitelisted with a couple of clicks.
