"extensions.checkCompatibility5.0" option as FALSE

Don't work ...

But it work with : "extensions.checkCompatibility.5.0" with a dot before 5.0. ;))

I think they've updated this. It works great with FF 5.0. I created an account just to say how much I love this add-on. It's definitely my most used add-on. I almost can't live w/o it. It's so convenient being able to undo changes, scroll to the top or bottom of long web pages, re-open closed tab(s), kill flash objects if needed (speeds up the loading of bloated web pages), etc etc.. all made easier with this great (free) add-on.

Kudos to the developer(s) and thank you!

Thunderbird is just reporting that it's incompatible incorrectly. You can disable version checking by adding a Boolean "extensions.checkCompatibility5.0" option as FALSE in about:config to get it to work.

This addon woks fine on my Windows 7 64 bit PC but says it is not compatible on my Windows XP. Same as previous comment, if I reinstall it, it works until a reboot :-(
-- EDIT: --
Well it did work, now it doesn't work on my 64 bit either

Sometimes this extension is compatible, then after a restart it's listed as incompatible with FF5. Even then, if I update or reinstall this addon, it works. Then after another restart, it's no longer compatible. Re-install, works fine, later restart - not compatible, reinstall, works fine, later restart - not compatible. Why did I "upgrade" to FF5?

I have not experienced issues and am happy that I can finally toggle the Diigo toolbar (by either a button or a shortcut). Why that company has never answered users calls for this I don't know, but it's common with many toolbars. This thing is the answer to a multi-step process to see or hide a toolbar. Keep up the nice work!

Almost a five star extension. It's great. I find it very useful and a must have. I would like to make one request though. There is a button that is a menu to show or hide toolbars. I would like a button that is a menu to show or hide sidebars. I have a lot of sidebars and it would be very useful.

Whatever became of those Back and Forward buttons that showed a list of the sites the user visited? Will we see them in a future update?

And is the official website showing 403 messages to everybody?

These are a easy way to keep the slim style of FF4, but get easy access to things like File and View menus.Wish there was a "recently closed tabs" button...

If you don't like Mike's button icons replace them with ones you do like.
1. Open the .xpi file with WinRAR.
2. Open the chrome folder displayed in the WinRAR window.
3. Double click the tbutton.jar file.
4. Open the skin folder
5. Drag the 24 and 16 folders out of the WinRar window and drop them where ever you desire.
6. Open the button.png file inside the 16 and 24 folders using an image editor (one supporting png files). Increase the zoom so you can easily identify the icons in the horizontal strip.
7. Find the icons you don't like and either modify them or replace them with other images you copied using the editor. NOTE: Be sure the replacement image is in the same spot on the horizontal strip as the original.
8. When finished save the file back to . Just chose Save File in the file menu of your image editor.
Note: The file must be saved as a png file named button.png to the folder it was in. Either the 16 or 24 folder.
9. Now once again, open the .xpi file with WinRAR.
10. Open the chrome folder displayed in the WinRAR window.
11. Double click the tbutton.jar file.
12. Open the skin folder
13. Now drag the 16 and 24 folder contaiing the edited button.png files and drop them on the WinRar window displaying the original 16 qnd 24 folders in the skin folder.
14. When prompted by WinRAR select OK "Add and replace files"
15. Exit WinRAR and you are done.

Use the modified xpi file and install Toolbar Buttons with your custom button icons.
Either modify the buttons icons you don't like or stop the darn whining about the icons.
I can easily modify a button's icon in less time than it took me to type this.
Thanks Mike for all the time and effort you put in to give us these great buttons.
Offer the complainers some cheese to go with their whine.

Nice work. Its a shame the button icons don't match the default Firefox 4 icons but this can easily be changed via Stylish.

OK, I can understand that some people are a bit uncomfortable with the new icon set. But this extension still does exactly what it did before. Some of the new icons are improvements, others are not. But this is still an extension worth having. In fact, I don't know how I could use FF 4.0 without it!

There's a bug with Web-Developer Toolbar:I guess I dragged the "Settings"-Button to the Web-Developer toolbar one time. When I start Firefox, it's still there, but then when I just go to "Customize" in View > Toolbars it will dissappear and I can't remove it. It's not a huge Problem but it still sucks. I tried with reinstalling both Toolbar Buttons and Web-Developer Toolbar, but it's still there (till I go to customize-settings). Here's a Screenshot (German Language "Einstellungen" is "Settings"): http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/4769/bild11f.pngWould be nice if you could take a look at it, even if it's a small bug only.

edit: forgot that I have a feature request. Maybe it could be possible to have "show/hide"-Buttons for maybe the first three own toolbars or something like that?

Good Extension at all, would recommend it for anyone who likes to have everything at one view. Thx

Excellent! I haven't tested (and don't use) the majority of the new buttons, but a few are extremely useful.

In particular, the new 'Extensions' button is the only way (that I know of) to open Firefox 4's new Add-ons Manager in a smaller window rather than a new tab. In case anyone's interested, I wrote about it in more detail on my blog: http://darklythroughglass.blogspot.com/2011/03/firefox-4-add-ons-manager-update.html

Thanks!

Fix it please.

I used it because of the several bookmark buttons and the Toggle Toolbar Button, but since Firefox 4, it has become obsolete for me. The new browser version covers new features, so I do not need some external solutions any more.

Of course, I was also quite confused when the design of some icons was changed, but luckily, it didn't touch the functionality.
