Excellent add-on. Makes repetitive emails that much faster. Highly configurable by using html, the inbuilt tags, and even scripts.

TB 115.6 - My default font is Garamond. If I add the signature after writing the text, signature is joined, but the signature font is changed to proportional.

Aahhh - herzlichen Dank, John, für die Info, dass TB diesen Bug bezüglich der zerschossenen HTML-Signaturen fixen wird!
Ich verwende QuickText jetzt schon eine Weile und kann hier verdiente 5 Sterne geben!

An incredible add-on, I couldn't live without it. However, I find that there is one thing missing that prevents it from being easy to use, as I have several categories of templates and sometimes I struggle to find the template I need. A quick search function would be extremely useful.
Currently there is no way to search for a template by text search (that I know of). Thanks!

Also ich bin schwer begeistert, von dem Add-on. Ich nutze es jeden Tag, vor allem durch die Leiste, mit diversen Gruppen und Vorlagen. Seit dem Update von TB 115 funktonieren aber keine der Vorlagen mit HTML-Code mehr. Also wenn ich z.B mit <b> Worte als fett formatiere, passiert genau garnichts, wenn ich den Eintrag aufrufe, egal ob über die Leiste oder per Tastenkürzel ... außer, dass die Schriftart auf variable Breite umgestellt wird. Kenn vielleicht jemand eine Lösung dafür? Ansonsten markiere ich dann notgedrungen alles manuell als fett, nach dem Einfügen und hoffe auf einen baldingen Fix. Ansonsten habe ich erst an der Oberfläche der Funktionen des Add-ons gekratzt, habe ich das Gefühl. Aber selbst das ist schon extrem hilfreich und kaum noch wegzudenken.

If Quicktext is having 130,984 users, Such a Popular Extension, But I Request you to remove some time for this great extension available for the Beta & Nightly Version too. This will help Mozilla to Development in Thunderbird More Faster, As without this type of Critical Extension we have to be more depend on the stable & not able to use the Beta or Nightly Version.

But why do you down-vote Quicktext, if you like it? Giving 3 stars on a 5 star add-on is a down-vote.

This add-on needs to "Have full, unrestricted access to Thunderbird, and your computer". I think this is a big ask considering what is expected of this app. Would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for that.

Amazing plugin. It is going to save me tons of time sending reminders to clients and sharing repetive information. The flexibility to add variable selections (like days of the week) is a giant plus. A huge thank you to John for keeping it alive.

Great addon saving tons of time, but requires full/unrestricted access to Thunderbird and the computer. Sadly I'm not allowed to use add-ons like that for work purposes ://

Love it, very powerful and saves a ton of time with email replies. Wondering is there a variable for "ReplyTo" Would be very helpful. Thank you for a great product.

Great addon and been using it for years.
Using TB 102.4.0 and Quicktext was working until yesterday.
However cannot open the settings.
Don't see any error message on the error console.
Would love to get it working again.

This add-on has never disappointed us.
Hopefully @JohnBieling keeps up the good work.
We have just donated 20 euros in order to support his work for this free add-on.
We would have no problems with the option of a pro version.

This add-on is very versatile and is fairly easy to use.
I use it to quickly insert different signatures (formal & family) in both English and German.
It can also be used for standard phrases within the e-mail (e.g. "have you tried turning it off and on again?")
Highly recommended!
I'm using Thunderbird 114 alpha, so I hope it will be compatible with that version SOON! :-)
