Just what I needed.
Pro tip: to those who miss the close, minimze and maximize buttons; take a look at this https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/353/window-options/

Works just fine under PinGuyOS on my netbook. The only down side is it only displays a close button when the titlebar is hidden, so there's no way to minimize- or restore-down the window without using mouse gestures, which I'm not that big a fan of. But aside from that it perfectly suits my needs and gives me those extra few pixels of space on my size-constrained netbook screen.

Some reviewers have reported this working on XFCE. Just a quick note to say it doesn't work for me (Linux Mint 15 XFCE). Causes freeze up when resizing window.

Great, thank you. Dragging the window from the top pannel does not work like gnome programs.

Has worked perfectly for me. Add the Firefox GNOME 3 theme and it feels almost native.

I thought dispite the warning, that I'd give it a try in xfce... and it works great! I have to wonder if the developer simply wants to promote the use of gnome3... Dear Developer.... I love gnome, I've been a hard-core gnome supporter since the project began, however my system is too old and week to support gnome3, and I need some of the modern fetures, so I don't have a choise but to use a ligher weight DE... hence xfce... please don't go trying to lock it out for people like me.

It's result of the requirement by Mozilla's reviewer and very big bug with KDE (https://github.com/seleznev/firefox-extension-htitle/issues/12). But, if extension works with several DE, it's realy great news.

Another great GNOME integration addon. Only thing that would be nice to see here is the ability to hide the titlebar when tiled (like other GNOME 3.6 apps, like Web, Documents and Nautilus - which might not be possible.)
