Can it be that version 1.19 isn't compatible with FF 3.0.11?

LOVE the dictionary, have been using it forever. Reliably catches my errors, I am American but work on a British convention website. Our Brits do not find errors in my work. Thanks Mr. Tyndall and Mr. Bartlett!
BIG THANKS to user hanfox for explaining how to activate it by highlighting a misspelled word and right-clicking, I couldn't find a menu to do it on the newer Firefox versions.
I do wish I could add customised words to it - I broke my older version using notepad to edit it, and had to reinstall. *blush*
On the old version I found I needed Firefox GB to make it happy, dunno if that matters to anyone.

OVE the dictionary, have been using it forever. Reliably catches my errors, I am American but work on a British convention website. Our Brits do not find errors in my work, so it definitely helps. Thanks Mr. Tyndall and Mr. Bartlett!

The language pack is not bad but it could be improved, for example..
If I type
HEllo (using CAPS accidently on second letter)
The spellchecker, suggests.
hello
instead of...
Hello
This is a very common problem and should be fixed.

This is a great dictionary, it might not be completely up to date but still passes as a large majority of modern British words are included. Thank you

Kegstore: Before you condemn this fine piece of software why don't you RTFM first? You need to select the British dictionary. Wait till you see the red underline, right click it, at the bottom you will see 'Languages' - select 'English - United Kingdom'

What you need to remember is to change the browser to use the dictionary. It won't change automatically just because you install it.
You can do it via a mis-spelled word > right click. Or via the about:config and set the dictionary to en-GB.
Anyway, excellent pack. Thanks :)

"alright" is missing for a start

A dictionary, even if it is an add-on, I take it to be a comprehensive list of daily words for every occasion. The word "movie" can be found on approved dictionaries such as Collins or Oxford. And it's not on the "British English Dictionary" ... so, in the end, does Oxford have the authority of words included in the English language or do "British English Dictionary"?
p.s. What people say don't rely on the dictionary - it's the opposite - the dictionary change by what people say. So as long as people utter the word "movie", it should be added in the dictionary.
