Startpoint Manager

Complementing the review by n2trainz, the problem seems to be that the "Extended Use" option that existed in "Start with Inbox" has been removed in "Startpoint Manager". I have gone back to using "Start with Inbox" (if you change the maximum allowed version, it still works in 149)
