CategoryManager 2 no longer depends on the SOGo-Connector: It now works on local Thunderbird address books as well. If the SOGo-Connector is installed, categories can still be synchronized with remote CardDAV servers.

Fixes:

* use secondary email, if primary email is missing
* fixed "New Contact Dialog" (reported by André Jutisz)

Note: The translations for FR and ES are incomplete. Help is appreciated!
