Holy crap I only realized just now that you're the creator of Phoenity Icons :D
Thank you so much for your hard work, sorry for stealing all your code! Without you this add-on wouldn't have been possible (obviously), so really much appreciated!

Dieses Addon beinhaltet sehr ansprechende Icons und Buttons. Gefällt mir richtig gut, daher von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

Thanks for the reply, I tried based on your reply and finally got it fixed.

Are the add-ons lost? → NO
Are the add-ons enabled? → YES
Reinstalled add-ons → disabled after reboot ( not changed)

Finally, I once disabled the add-on, and then enabled it again, so that it was enabled even after restarting thunderbird.

In thunderbird91, this can change the icon at the time I add the add-on, but when I restart thunderbird, it will go back to the default black and white icon.
Very disappointing.

Have you checked whether the add-on is still enabled/installed after restarting thunderbird? There's a bug with thunderbird (not the add-on mind you!) that it removes add-ons after a restart of the program.
Re-adding the add-on usually fixes this.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I've been using TB for years, but this is my 1st review. I didn't realize how much ascetics affected my mood until the update that destroyed my Thunderbird. I'm not a fan of childish or cartoonish anything. I literally found your add-on [today] while searching for a TB substitute. You have made my Thunderbird experience GREAT again. Thank You!!!
