@Syn: The version offered on the netvideohunter.com home page is an old one that won't load in FF 3.6.6. But the current version available on this page does work.

Very good! But what a pity! It can't download automatically. I think this function is very important.e.g. I want to download a video from the web,but I don't want to sit by the computer just waiting to click the download button.

So far, this add-on works flawlessly for me. I have had no problem downloading videos. I started using this extension because it doesn't add toolbars, screenshot tools, or anything else when installed like some other video downloading extensions I have tried.

What a pity, despite updating several bugs persist. I still can not download videos flv correctly

I had downloading problems after the last update on last week.
I sent an e-mail through the add-on website.
After a few days I received a personal e-mail from the developer with a link to download a special update - and the problem resolved.
This is truly a customer care !
Besides this add-on is GREAT and enables you to download quickly multiple streaming videos from various sites.

I don t care bout the remove button and the rest of the new features, so long this add on doesn t work, it makes no sense. Just stepped back to an older version. Too sad, it was the best add on for downloading videos, but the older version works, and Im happy, that Im not forced to search another add on.

this has been on my must have list for some time but recently some bugs need fixing. imb4u seems to think they are fixed but i can't seem to figure out why i cannot download videos anymore. i went to the videohunter websight and a video how to download but my add on is still not working. i love the new feature btw if it would work and i am sure in time it will.(can't wait)
wish it could download in a specific format other than flv,but there are other tools to do this so not a really a big deal. i love this addon and any video lover should find this the best they have used online once it is fixed.

Well this add-on WAS great...but the new version doesn't seem to support MP4 (HD 720p 1080p) streams in YouTube anymore..so time to get something else!

NetVideoHunter did work excellent until the last few days when couldn't download videos from Youtube anymore. I thought that this update would fix this but the problem is still there. I open NetVideohunter window, press the "Download" button, select the folder for saving the video, press "save" and nothing happens, nothing is saved. This occurs only on Youtube. When I press the "Play" button to preview the video on VideoNetHunter window, it doesn't play and there is a message "Stream not found". What's going wrong?

I was just notified of your update and immediately did so. I've had the Net Video Hunter disabled for awhile, but I was not in anyway shape or form going to uninstall it...I've just been hoping that a fix would soon come so that I could use it for YouTube. I was so anxious to use it that I didn't pay close enough attention to the instructions for using it on YouTube and thought it still didn't work. BUT...when I took a "closer" look at the instructions, I tried downloading once again, and "VOILA"...magic!

Thank you so very, very much for this G-R-E-A-T extension; simple but unique. I can't imagine just how many happy campers there will be within the next few days as users discover Net Video Hunter is in tip-top shape and is on the prowl once again!

As I type this comment, I find that I am sitting here and simply "smiling"! THANK YOU!
