VFS-Provider: OneDrive
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Really useful concept — it makes connecting Thunderbird add‑ons with OneDrive much smoother. The setup is straightforward: sign in once, and other add‑ons can reuse the connection without hassle. I like that accounts are visible in the options page, with the ability to add, remove, or revoke access easily. Looking forward to seeing more add‑ons take advantage of this provider. Solid start
Thunderbird Assist

Review for Thunderbird Assist (v0.2.9)
Nice idea, but right now it feels unfinished. The private alpha has ended, so there isn’t much functionality left in this version. I appreciate that the team points us to ideas.tb.pro to request or vote for features — hopefully future updates will bring this back in a more polished way. Thanks for experimenting and keep building!
Thunderbird Pro
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thunderbird Mail is overall a very nice and reliable email client. However, I noticed a few design issues that could be improved:
Background image coverage: On a 4K screen, the background image does not stretch wide enough, leaving the left top and bottom corners with a black background. It would look cleaner if the fallback was at least a solid beige color rather than black.
Dark Mode integration: It would be great if Thunderbird could react to the operating system’s Dark Mode setting (Ubuntu in my case). This would make the interface more consistent with the rest of the desktop environment.
Despite these minor issues, Thunderbird continues to be a strong, dependable mail client. Thanks to the developers for their hard work — keep it up!
