2) If dotted/none tree cell action is not run, please, follow 3), 4).

1) When this add-on is disabled/removed from Add-ons Manager, defaults are restored.
2) I fixed bug that button events were not run if clicking wrong buttons not as expected.

This add-on is to view tree children height larger than those of the default.
Sometimes, I have thought that spacial distances of tree rows in thread and calendar task trees were dense. So, I decided that I made the function which let spaces between up and down sides of tree rows wider than the default. Of course, I placed the option of restoring the default state. This idea was from Outlook. I like Outlook, but I love Thunderbird. I think that Thunderbird is top email and calendar management application which is the advancing lead model as standard and impact.
