Remove Duplicate Messages

With a workaround, this is now working here with current Thunderbird ESR --- still 5 stars.
Thunderbird: 140.13.0esr (64-bit)
removedupes: 0.6.7
workaround: addons --> wrench icon --> Move to Trash
because "Delete Permanently" was broken in the update.
My message comparison is send time and subject only. I'm using Thunderbird for feeds.
