I was able to (apparently) hack this plugin so that it works in TB 3.0.4. One has to unpack the xpi file (which is just a zip), and then unzip the chrome/notary.jar file (which is also, just a zip) and modify the notify.js file so that it makes calls to gDBView; instead of GetDBView

Additionally, the install.rdf file needs to be modified so that the maxversion is 3.0 instead of 1.0.

I wrote a small script that will do it all for you (about 8 easy-to-read lines), if you are interested.

Regarding the functionality of the program, it seems to do what is advertised.
