JayBeeMailManager does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data.

The extension works locally inside Thunderbird. It reads mail accounts, folders and messages only to evaluate and execute user-created rules. It stores rules, templates, language settings, column widths and execution logs locally in Thunderbird/extension storage.

JayBeeMailManager does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, remote servers or external network services.

Depending on the rules configured by the user, JayBeeMailManager can modify messages locally in Thunderbird, for example by marking, moving, copying, tagging, deleting to trash or forwarding messages. These actions are started by the user manually, through the context menu, or through a user-configured schedule.

Forwarding actions use Thunderbird's compose APIs and send messages only when the user configures a rule to do so.
