For those who want the highlighting text feature but not sure how to make it work in TB 3.0.1 or newer version. I struggled and got it to work.
First you need to install an add-on called Mr. Tech. Then follow Warsev's instructions to install. Make sure to check the box allowing Mr. Tech to override maxVersion compatibility. Restart TB. Good luck

Thank you for sharing but does not work in TB 3.0.1.
Try searching for Highlight Text 1.0 and tweak a little to work with newer TB version.
