Ask.com

Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5 n yetran

ask.com took over my browser's home page and default search engine, redirected my bookmarks, and wouldn't go away even when I deleted it from my registry. But don't just take my word for it:

Been using this extension for years!

If you could combine this with "Ad to Search Bar", so you could add engines easily and use them either from the context menu or the search bar, you'd get the fifth star. But it's useful enough as is to get 4 from me.

I really like this, but I wish it were easier to customize. The options menu has a "services" tab and an "engines" tab, but no apparent way to move these ostensibly available engines into the "services" tab.

Other than that, a brilliant concept. An update just might bring in that 4th star.
