Version 1.5 - Lots of changes & improvements

AG fixed slowdown of operations that change the number of Total / Unread emails because QF was updated every time - now done asynchronously with a 1000ms timer.
fixed TB3 folder tree did not scroll to correct position
added new Option: show subfolders in popup menus
added whole / striped tab option and backgrounds
fixed: no more accidental menu popups when customizing toolbars
improved "Change the order of bookmarks " dialog
added scrollbars and animation to "change order of bookmarks" dialog
added Postbox support
open items tweaks in whole tab coloring (active, hover consistency)
known issues
* sometimes the colors do not show up on program startup. Any folder modification (e.g. unread/read) or Category selection will make the color appear
* popup menus might close delayed
* Change the order of bookmarks has the wrong height (should be 80% of its parent)

This release allows you to change the keyboard shortcut modifier to Control in stead of Alt, as the Alt + Number shortcuts are used by the Lightning add-on (configurable in the options screen).

This update rolls back the layout update from 0.8, as it caused visibility problems for some people.

This update adds the possibility to archive (move) messages to one of your bookmarked folders using a keyboard shortcut. If you press alt + shift + (number of the target folder), the selected message(s) will be moved to that folder.

Another small change: the currently selected folder will always be underlined in the quickfolders bar.

This update enables the user to use keyboard shortcuts to get to the Quick Folders. The first ten folders on to the bar are numbered, the user can select the folders by pressing ALT plus the number of the folder. This is enabled by default in the new version.

The options screen can now also be reached through the "Options" button in the addons list.

There is also a new option (disabled by default) to display the total number of messages in a folder besides the number of unread messages.

This version correctly updates the number of unread messages on the folder buttons when new mail arrives or mail has been read. It shows the buttons folders which have new mail in bold (you can disable this through the options by right clicking on the toolbar).

This update also fixes a problem which sometimes happened when the user selected a different folder view than "All folders".
