SQLite Manager does not function correctly (on FireFox 55 or 56) on a Mac running High Sierra.

After I Create Table, Index, View, Trigger and press "OK" button, it does nothing. Should proceed to confirmation screen but does not. I'm stuck and can't move forward. Tried uninstalling and re-installing with same results.

* Note - Yes I have changed settings to prevent FireFox from updating to Quantum.
