Had a problem installing this add-on. An error message flashed for a split second and I wasn't able to read it. My TB version is 140.6.0esr and the add-on version is 6.0.1.

Problem solved using the following procedure. I disabled all my add-ons, closed TB, and started it in "troubleshoot" mode (pressed SHIFT while starting TB).

Then I was able to install "Start with Inbox" with no problem. After the successful installation, I closed TB, started it again in normal mode. Than I enabled all the add-ons, setup ""Start with Inbox"" to my desired settings and everything works as expected. Thank You for a great add-on.
