Option to redirect "In-Reply-To" and "References" headers

Separated settings for each filter. Default settings are in addon setting, to specify custom settings use button * on the right of email field in filter edit dialog.
Addon do not check email field any more, and you can specify email to redirect to the usual way like:
Mr. Example <ex1@example.com>, Mr. Example II <ex2@example.com>
