Incredible addon. No need to load external BitTorrent clients anymore. Fast downloads!
The addon actually crashes Waterfox when trying to add a torrent to download, although it works fine after re-starting.

Torrent tornado addon works great. I don't use transmission any more.

Скажите пожалуйста, если поставить этот плагин к примеру в тор браузер, он будет работать через шифрованное соеденение или на прямую с моего айпи? То есть каким образом он соеденяется с пирами?

This is the greatest addon ever. Is it possible to make all the work happen in a ChromeWorker? Because it noticebly lags out my browser. Like hovering over links and stuff takes a while to recognize. I just reformatted my computer, and only thing on it is Firefox and TorrentTornado so i'm sure its TT. (not using e10s right now)

классный торрент-клиент, все работает. Наполовину подгружает процессор при скачивании, но это возможно из-за JS в мозилле. Классно б было добавить возможность ограничения скорости скачивания - автоматической или ручной.

I wish it works, but when downloading torrent from private tracker it says Torrent not found.
Reason: Tornado not support DHT-protocol - this feature in plan for future versions

I have some suggestions and please don't take it the wrong way. I just want to see this promising idea get even better
- change/add/manage trackers
- right now it has no upload/seed? or just not shown?
- control download/upload rate (via limit)
- control how many torrents working at one time (limit/queue)
- other general/basic features of torrent client software
That's all I can think of right now. But good luck on this!

I really like this tool, but it would be nice if I had the option to seed my torrents, I'm not a greedy Leecher, so I'd like a future update to add this, thank you.

some day i looked for torrent client for windows. i used linux for a long time and had no idea about. but this addon was found! now i don't need transmission or utorrent or another huge awkward torrent software and use this addon instead.
so good!
simple and easy to use. no ads. you just can add torrent file (or magnet url) and download. visit page about:downloads-torrent or click a Torrent Tornado button in the bar. also it can popup if some error occurred or download completed. you can manage number of peers and cache size.
it could be better if it support management of priority and download speed. and upload of torrent files (obviously :-) because we like to share :)

I like this app but it should be better if it manage the downloads ( if there is a limited number of torrent who start at same moment )
