I love the add on, use it almost exclusively for all my ftp needs.
Bad news is, I just updated to Firefox 9.01 couple days ago, and it broke FireFTP. Whenever I try to load FireFTP now, I get firefox not responding, then a box popping up saying a script has stopped working, stop or continue. Neither one gets the addon to work. HELP!!??!! I need my ftp back! Please update the plugin to work again. Thanks

Hi! Fantastic addon! I use it to transfers files with my phones.
Just a question: what is "change" used for in the remote computer section? I'll be dumb, but I can see it only it moves the position in the column of the folders.
Can I suggest to add a "home" button, to go back to the home folder?

'Change' is used to switch to a new directory after typing one in - but you can also just hit Enter :P
I'll think about the suggestion for a Home button!

Great addon that does what it's supposed to do, no more no less.
Amazing to see all the bad comments from people using outdated versions of FireFox... pointless babbling.

Sorry to say, this is not a good add-on I got. Doesn't work with some firefox versions.

Isn't usefull at all. Standart ftp, putty, scp more powerfull

Always liked this; one less program to have to mess with; I have my browser open most of the time.
BUT: was disappointed that entry in "Tools"was removed in favor of adding an icon to tool bar. Already too many icons; would like option to be either/or.
It's now under Tools->Web Developer. Sorry for the confusion!

Well, after using about 1-1,5 hours reading all the notes in the support section, I still have'nt found out how to delete an account! And I am pretty tired to see FireFtp start up with an anonymous account which I cannot delete.
I do support apps I use a lot with donations, but this one is'nt one of them.

You can delete an account by first clicking Edit to see the account information, and then the Delete button is in the bottom right corner of that dialog.

Worked excellent up until Firefox updated. But, FireFTP does not allow new accounts to be created when being used with Firefox 8.0 and there is literally no support offered here or at the add-on creators website. Too bad, I really liked this add-on in past versions of FF.

Like It -- Simple to use .. Does not always synchronize the server and my computer .. I wish they put the "compatible with version ##" in the down load info.

Una aplicación que funciona muy bien, muy practico tener este complemento que funciona, en mi caso, mejor que otros gestores FTP que se instalan por separado del navegador.

I love fireFTP the only thing I would love to see added is keyboard shortcuts for folder browsing.

I like this app because it's portable, but the uploading is very very slow. FileZilla is 50% more faster
