It doesn't tell users how to use it.
I couldn't make anything happen. There are lots of links to the developers' site, but no information as to how that fits in.
Useless without this basic information.
n.b. it's certainly not the only add-in for TB that requires guesswork or luck to be able to use them. Why can't devs say what to do with their precious code, rather than puffing the add-in's advantages without letting users know how to use them?!!

It's called "Report Spam" but talks about anti-spam errors? Which means what? What is an anti-spam error. It sounds more like complaining about some other addon, rather than being one that reports the Spam. And it apparently sends the spams to "Renater" but there's no clue what happens then, compared to say "Spamcop". What does "Renater" do with it? Does it pick up the headers? Is it actually doing anything useful? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.02).
