Noia Fox was my History as well. I started using it from the Old versions of Firefox, and I enjoyed it. It's become a memory for my works in the last few years now. Now as the Development has ended, I feel no grudge to you. It's been a miracle keeping this lovely theme so far and I understand how hard coding this to the latest firefox versions is. Firefox is not like when it was pre-australis.

I am sorry for users, but I have no more time for updating Noia Fox.
Noia Fox 3.1.5 - released August 8, 2015 - will be the last version.
There are to many changes every month with Firefox code. My job takes me a lot of time (with to many overtime hours) and if I want to have some free time, take care of my health, I must stop theme development.
Noia Fox was my baby. I give it a good look and a good compatibility. So I am very unhappy to stop his development, but when I began to develop Noia, the Firefox updates were not so close from each other.
Now Firefox updates come at a furious pace and we must spend over 30-40 hours per month to keep a theme compatible. I cannot follow this rythm.

It's a very nice theme. Especially the buttons/icons are great. But i can't use it because of some problems. First you can't change the background-color. It's always grey. That looks bad if you have a blue windows theme with transparency. Without Noia everything is blue with 80% opacity. With Noia everthing is blue except Firefox. Because he is grey with Noia. Another problem is that buttons/icons from other Addons are extremely magnified after installing Noia. I was tryring Noia Fox Options to solve it. But it doesn't worked. As example you can try the Emoji Cheatsheet Addon. The smiley icon normally is small like all the other icons in the nav-bar. With Noia it's a giant smiley. It's funny but not nice. All in all Noia is a very nice theme if you don't use transparency.

Starting with Firefox 40, Windows will need HiDPI icons with the themes or they look blurry on HiDPI displays. You can go to about:config and set `layout.css.devPixelsPerPx` to `2` to see what it would look like on a HiDPI display.

Red close X button and minimize button does not work in Windows 10 64 and 32 bit
After updating to ver.3.1.5 Noia working properly in Windows 10 32 bit. but in my 64 Bit Windows 10 is still unchanged.

Thanks for the bug report.
I am working on the next Noia Fox version that will be available only for Firefox 40+ (that will be launched next Tuesday).
I don't have Windows 10 and I can not test my theme with this OS (but I think I have have found where is the bug). Look at the new version that I will post in 1-2 days and tell me if it is good for you.

Edit 2 : I have tested Noia Fox with Windows 10 64 bits and there is no problem for me.

Why now arrow-icon in search bar ?
I have old searchbar with CTR.
Magnifying glass Icon was better.

Lovely Theme with beautiful vibrant colors, and easy to see big Icons for a change. I absolutely love the blue Sidebars, awesome! The ONLY issue I have with it is that there is no "Refresh" page feature and I really need this feature.
Developer should consider making a "Refesh" page Icon also!

I was looking for a replacement for Charamel which no longer works with higher versions of Thunderbird, and I found this one. It seems great! Two new features, however would make it awesome: 1) Can we color the tabs, like we can in Firefox? This would help a lot. 2) I really like the tabs on the bottom. I note that with Classic Theme restorer, you can accomplish this on Firefox, which I do. However, wouldn't it also be great on Thunderbird? Thanks for listening, and for making this wonderful theme work on T-bird 34.

I think that these features are possible, but I have not the time now for looking at the development of these features.
For tabs on bottom, you have 2 add-ons that can change the position of the tabs :

Gorgeous theme. Works great with CTR.
Difficult to find a theme of this quality, working properly on Australis. Using an older version on FF 31 ESR for stability purposes.

I always loved the old Black version of this theme and since no more available...
i took my freedom to tweak and modify your last black Noia to fit my needs.
Have a look on what i did and eventually if you have time you can fix whatever is need
and make a full featured theme on black again!
For me it does the trick and looks awesome (best then any other available)
Not sure about Panels, but Downloads, Devtools & SearchBar seems all working fine...;)

I have take a look at the files you have posted. You are using a very old version of Noia Fox. A lot of new features are not available with this version (panels, devtools, downloads, searchbar,...) and I don't think that you can use it daily. It will be a very hard work for me to make this version compatible with the last Firefox versions. As you can see a lot of developers stop developing their themes. This is for a good reason : Mozilla Team change a lot of the code every month and keeping a theme compatible with the last version of Firefox takes a lot of time. Well for 2 themes....
I will not spend the little time I have for my leisures for developing a theme that I don't use daily. I prefer to keep it only for a basic Noia Fox that is stable with a good compatibility... and this is already a lot of time.
But users can use your package if there are happy with it....
