Hello!
I also have problem in FF 32: scrollbar disappears.

Without other Add-ons.
When change scale site view (for example to 130%) scroll bar is hidden.

When I visited site - I see scroll bar:

When I scrolling (mouse wheel) scroll bar are hidden:
