Whatever method this plugin uses to crawl the DOM for the names of congresspeople is way too slow. For a page with a lot of text (especially, it would seem, if the text is embedded in lots of elements, like links), it can take 5 or 6 seconds for the plugin to do its thing before the user can interact with the page (e.g. click a link).

Please make the source available so that others can help you improve and optimize it.
