Thanks for a great app. Just what I've been looking for, and works great!

What if you have the new Yahoo mail? BTW, great extension...
Thanks for the 5*s
No mail-sharing extension works with Yahoo Mail, due to the way Yahoo has scripted their client (AJAX).
Sorry.

I just followed the directions for install, and dragged the gmail this icon in the customize toolbars in FF and there it goes! Works great!
Glad it works! Thanks for the 5*!

Please make this compatible with Firefox 4

Have used this for a LONG time and still love it. Only problem is when setting the option to open the Bcc: field instead of TO:, it will not set. I can set it and reopen and it has changed back to TO. Even reinstalled and restarted FF (newest version). Also cannot get hot keys to work. I must be doing something wrong.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.2.9).Dave,
I never actually built in the BCC functionality. I accidentally left the preference option in there. Thanks for noticing =p
As for the hotkey issues, shoot me an email: arthur[AT]lazyrussian[DOT]com

One of the best, but as web emails allow you to set them up as default I suppose that you can simplify the process

does what it says
Could it be made to email the whole page with pictures automatically or as an option rather than highlighted text?
Saving of a few favourite email addresses or sending to a default one would be good as well.
This is simply not possible.

Great extension. Can't live without it.
Any chance that after the email is sent it auto closes the tab it used to compose the email. Just trying to save an extra click.

It makes emailing easy. But, like one of the other reviewers mentioned, it's too bad the limit is so small. I like it though.

I use this *all* the time. One of my few "won't upgrade unless" extensions!
Excellent and highly recommended.
You can now upgrade your version of Firefox :) - The extension is now compatible through version 3.7a1pre. Thanks for being a loyal user! =D

i just love it. dunno how many times i might be using it evry day. thanks a ton for including standalone client.
how neatly it arranges appropriate info-title, url, body, text... cool
keep up!! 4**** bcuz u can still improve it by throwing in more options, like placements of elements, formatting, etc

Does what it's supposed to for Gmail (Yahoo s---ks anyways. Five stars because it's the only quick page-emailing add-on that (brilliantly!) includes your selected text in the body of the email.
FYI fellow FF users. RTFM! Stop asking questions about it in the rating comments. I hate when a good add-on like this gets under-rated because of nit-pickers and lazy folks. Here's an example of writing a REVIEW, as it's intended:
"Email This! does not provide a large plethora of options. While this may be a drag for some FF power-users, it complements the simplicity of this add-on (how complicated should sending an email really be?). After installation, using this add-on was very simple and intuitive. Select my text of interest, right-click, and select the email service I want to use. Too easy!
While I might suggest that the author consider filling in a few extra-small details (a configuration option for setting a default "To" address, for example), this is still the most effective, instant-page-emailing solution that I've found for FF yet."
It's not difficult, FF fans. Try it sometime.
Stevo,
Thank you for the kind words and the example 'review'! The add-on is now at 5-stars again, so all is well in the world! I tend to request (from Mozilla) that all bug/support comments to be purged from the ratings page, but sometimes it takes a while to act on it.
If you're looking at a extension with a pre-filled To: line, check out my other extension, Email Yourself!
Have a great day!

Great app, however,
Couple Improvement Suggestions.
1. Disable (not-show) what I don't use. For example, I only use gmail and work e-mail and that's all I want to see.
2. Have a favorite "send-to" list. For example, I send a lot of e-mails to myself as a reminder and keep track of.

Great extension! I like being able to select text and have it included, not just a link. I've been using this in conjunction with Gmail to manage recipes from a zillion different recipe sites - I email them to myself and label them in Gmail. It works great, and this extension cuts out a lot of work copying and pasting things into Gmail.
My one problem is that I frequently get "414 Request-URI Too Large" errors if the selected text is too long, which is a pain. Still, very useful overall!

Email this! is the biggest timesaver ever. Great program, but now with FF3.5, it adds a separate tab after the email is sent and then you have to manually close the tab. Can this be fixed?
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.2.6).This issue has been fixed. It will go live in version v2.2.7.

Great little add-on that does exactly as it says. Perfect answer to avoiding "mining" sites wanting your personal info or having to register at sites you may never visit again. Thanks for providing a much-needed add-on.
