Version 1.0.4
Release Notes — v1.0.4
New
Contacts — every unique sender as a searchable, A–Z indexed directory (name, email, domain, count, last contacted). Export as CSV or JSON.
Browse — a flat, virtually-scrolled, searchable table of every scanned email with a checkbox per row, for manual one-by-one cleanup without going through an aggregated view.
Selection & Review overhaul
Review Selected now uses real per-row checkboxes plus a header select-all (replacing the old "Unselect" button), and is virtually scrolled — no more 500-message display cap.
New Exclude checked / Keep only checked actions, plus a guided-tour (?) button explaining the screen.
Move to Folder / Move to Trash act on exactly the checked+matched set, with button counts that always match reality.
Move to Trash / Move to Folder now show a live, in-modal circular progress ring (driven by real batch-progress events) instead of a separate top-of-page bar.
A floating selection pill (bottom-right, follows you across every view) replaces the old static "Selected for Action" stat card — live count, bumps on change, one-click Review or Reset.
Clicking a slice in By Sender / By Domain now toggles selection for that sender/domain directly, independent of the search box.
Performance
Scan Range now uses Thunderbird's native messages.query() date filtering instead of fetching every message in a folder and discarding out-of-range ones afterward — meaningfully less work done per scan when a range is set, not just a smaller kept result.
Other
Fixed the toolbar icon and tab icon, both of which were silently falling back to generic defaults.
New 48×48 / 96×96 / favicon.ico icons generated from the source logo, transparency preserved.
Per-page dismissible usage tips across every view.
Tab bar is now horizontally scrollable with fade-edge arrows once it overflows a narrow window.
PieView sunburst resized for better proportion.
Export CSV/JSON restyled as plain text links.
Default folder scan selection changed to Inbox only.
Optional "Support InboxPie" popover (Star / Sponsor / Review), shown once ~30s after your first scan, dismissible for the session.
Fixes
Folders/Scan Range buttons weren't visually showing their active state.
Folder count badge could go stale after switching accounts.
A false "select at least one folder" prompt could appear despite a valid default selection.

## What's New
### Open messages from Review Selected

- Click a subject to open that message in a Thunderbird tab
- User-initiated only — InboxPie does not read message bodies
### Folder picker with subfolders

- Selection persists across sessions; **All** / **None** still work for bulk select
- Changing account resets the dashboard and refreshes the folder list when the picker is open

- PieView domain drill-down panels refresh correctly when privacy mode is toggled
- Fixed stale unmasked content after toggling privacy on PieView detail views
- Fixed **Select** button in PieView domain detail (delegated click handling)
- CSV exports always use real addresses — masking is on-screen only
---

- Updated `PRIVACY.md` for localStorage keys, privacy mode, open-in-Thunderbird, and CSV export
---
