Hi Julien Fray,
I use and do the translation of the Bamboo Feed Reader into Portuguese for years and a few weeks ago I sent you an email about the future of the Bamboo Feed Reader in Firefox and WebExtensions. Sad to know he can not be ported.
But It's even sadder see a browser that should be open and that should be created for the users (as Mozilla says) by running behind competitors and leaving all community and developers who maintains extensions for years, but... for me a worse scenario would be migrate to Chrome again and go back to the clutches of Google, which I avoid using the products for various reasons.
Well, I would like to thank for all these years of Bamboo Feed Reader. And hopefully, who knows, he might be ported one day. Thank you very much!

Super, mais il manque juste la possibilité de trier la liste des flux par ordre alphabétique, et de détecter les doublons.
NE FONCTIONNE PAS AVEC FIREFOX 57 !!!!!!!!!!!
------------
Great, but it just lacks the ability to sort the list of streams alphabetically, and detect duplicates.
DON'T WORK WITH FIREFOX 57 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really love this RSS add-on, but I am worried about its continued development. As of today, Firefox's official extension still lists it as being incompatible with multiprocess. It's the only add-on I use that prevents me from taking advantage of the current Firefox features. Will it be upgraded to comply, or will I have to find another RSS add-on?
The add-on will not be compatible with Firefox 57+ anyway.
After Fx57 release it will be usable with Firefox ESR, Thunderbird or Palemoon.

I'm using it daily, as a replacement of lots of other readers I've tested.
One thing bothers me - is there any way I can sort my groups and feeds by name or URL?
It would be nice if the line-spacing in the feeds list can be tuned and the font-size decreased, getting more space :)
There is no sorting feature.
You can adjust the display density from the reader tab options (above the search box) or use the Firefox zoom.

After a crash, I lost all my feed and the "great" feed reader give me the solution to the crash is I make a "feed" again. That's ridiculous!!!

Thanks for this addon. Use it every day.
Only the _counter_ next to the symbol: could you make it, that it can be removed/turned off, please?
It can be customized and set to an empty string.
See at the end of the "Display" options.

A good RSS reader with many potentials. For future editions, a great idea would be adding sound alert support on notifications, plus sound customization by selecting mp3 or wav files.

Very useful addon !
I would like to know if it's possible that the addon automatically sort the flows but "most recent date" ? I don't think I saw that in the settings.
By default newest articles are displayed first, there is an option to inverse the order in the "reader" options.

It's very hard to come across something as good as RSS Feed Reader for Chrome, but this comes close.
Only issue I have is that I can't seem to mimic the results of the RSS Feed Reader on Bamboo Feed Reader.
Say for example you are using Extratorrents RSS feed, on chrome you can view all popular tv shows, available in the hundreds, but even after changing results per page on Bamboo Feed Reader you can still only see the top 10 so if you have missed any you have to go hunt them down.
EDIT: Developer if you'd like to have a chat with me about this please feel free to contact me either here or via email (if you can see that)
The reader is designed this way.
When a feed is updated, articles which are no longer present in the file are removed.

It looks great. It's well organized and easy to use. One thing: it appears to choke on feeds that have special/extended characters in the <title> tags.
Do not hesitate to report bugs by email at bamboo.feedreader@gmail.com.
You could also check feed validity in this page: http://validator.w3.org/feed/
(unvalid feeds may not be able to be read "the normal way")

I went into this expecting a fairly typical addon like Sage, which I had used for years. I switched to Pale Moon and decided to check out current feed readers. Bamboo blew me away. It can discover feeds from any of your open tabs, with customizable homepage URLs and titles for the feeds. Sage was a quality extension but Bamboo takes it to the next level. I look forward to tuning my browser flow around this extension.
