1) The pink is really bad. I will not talk about taste, since probably my taste may be bad. However, putting this pink color goes against any rule of HCI you can find on the books.
2) The text "Subject", From, etc. all of them are white on a light white background. This makes them practically unreadable
3) and most importan, if you click on the subject to sort the mails based on the subject, it sorts only those mails that are visible. So if I have a folder of 100 mails, I can sort only the 5-6 that I can see in front of me.

Other than that, I think it is a very nice theme.
