ReminderFox is maybe the most important TB addon. It\'s pretty exhaustive in terms of what reminders you can set, and it\'s very reliable.\r\n\r\nOne feature that i would like to see in future versions, would be more repeat options: bimonthly, once every 2 months, once every 3 months (quarterly), once every 4 months...twice a year....something like that.\r\n
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.6.3).You can set up the repeat options as you describe by selecting Custom... from the Repeat drop-down list for any event. Hope that helps.

This is my second year using ReminderFox and enthusiastically recommend. I depend on it for both long term reminders such as birthdays and anniversaries and also weekly and monthly appointments. It recurs events from year to year so don't have to keep putting in again. So easy so awesome, thank you !

I just installed this add-on and so far it looks to be really helpful. A couple of minor things do not appear to be working as I would expect but then again it could be that I don't know how to use them yet. Nice job!

I love the Reminder. It helps me to remember my important dates.
The only thing I don't like is when I use repeat, I can't put an end date. I have a lot of unnecessary reminders on my list because if I try to delete the unwanteds, it deletes them all.

Please get it to work with Firefox 3.0!

love it! now that i've been using it a while i can't imagine TB, or FF, without it. could use a couple tweaks here and there ("view reminder" for a given message in the thread pane would be heaven) but that's just me being greedy. :p

I just clicked 'hate it' to get someone's attention. Kim Komando and this site both say that ReminderFox is an add-on for Firefox but every time I try, I only get the option to add on to Thunderbird. What am I missing???

One of the best! A must have for Firefox users. Especially liked the complete Help page. Five minutes use convinced me I can't get along with out ReminderFox. Also installed it in Thunderbird!!

Can be very useful if your busy on your comp and you suddenly remember something, that you know you'll forget again in 10 minutes.

Hi! Great job :-D but if you can add some beep or some sounds in that will make it even better! as I use ear phone most of the times. some times i'm not infront of my PC... so... sounds will be the best alert... Thanks! :-D

Nice extension but it won't let me delete reminders which I no longer want to see so had to disable after trying everything I could think of.

I just needed a little something for my laptop without opening up a calendar. This was way beyond what I thought it would offer. I am very satisfied with this.

Exactly what I was looking for. ReminderFox is perfect.
I am not sure why all the other calendar add-ons use Google's calendar. Between its email and calendar services, Google will do anything to ensure you remain permanently signed into your account so it can monitor your internet searches. I can do without Google looking over my shoulder seeing what I am up to. I refuse to play their "invade privacy" game so I try to refrain from signing into my Google account as much as possible.
ReminderFox is a great option. Keeping track of my personal matters has never been easier using this reminder service.

This add-on is exactly what I was looking for. Something small that I can add-on in Thunderbird (or firefox) that will help me keep track of important dates. The notifying icon sits quietly in the corner while remaining visible when you load Thunderbird for any upcoming reminders. For a small add-on, it's fairly visually appealing, unobtrusive, and quite detailed for any sorts of reminders or ToDo lists. A great add-on for guys to impress their lady-folk by actually remembering important dates. Thank you!

This is just what I was looking for! Small file, easy to use and with the very useful bonus of being able to share the app. between Firefox & Thunderbird.
Only gave it a 9 because I'm sure that even more useful features will be added in future.Thank you!

I use ReminderFox with Thunderbird to remind me of personal as well as business appointments and to-do's. It's easy to use, elegant, and works without problems.

I have had this add on since it was released. I've watched it grow and become something special. Thank you for all the hard work you guys have put into it and for sharing that work with us.
Keep it up!
If your looking for a reminder program that does it all then look no further. This extension will keep track of everything you've got going on and more. I use it for online meetings and school projects that I normally would written in my date book and forgotten about. A blessing to those of us who are forgetful.
