Best download manger I've used.
* Parallel download supported and lot of knobs to tweak.
* Configurability regarding the parallelism (how many parallels in total and / or per file)
* "One-click" download with the option to revise default settings if needed, just one click away.
* Slick use interface.

Allows entering rename expressions, which is very useful when sites provide obscure filenames. For example it's possible to have DTA automatically rename files based on link attributes such as the title, which can make for more expressive file names.

Really wish Mozilla prioritizes getting the browser features used by this addon incorporated into the hamstrung FF 57 code base, since I'll be forced to disable FF ESR updates March 5, 2018 if I risk losing this addon.

Really hoping for a Quantum-compatible update for this one. Best download manager I've used in a while, gonna miss it as the alternatives simply aren't as efficient. Might downgrade Firefox to keep using it.

Hello Nils, et al,
I really love(d) the old DTA... to such and extent that I'm considering installing a pre-quantum version of Firefox. Anyway, add my vote for a quantum-compatible update, but if that is not in the cards, then thank you for the great years past.

I miss this app. I'm using Edge until this app comes back. I check every day and get disappointed when it still is not compatible.

I'm rating this low because there is no version of Downthemall for the Android version of Firefox or Firefox-57 for PC.

It takes some time to get to know the program in all it's finesses. E.g. how to include/exclude some files in the download list.
But it is only now, since I can't use it any more in Firefox Quantum, that I realise how much I love Down them all!
Boy, do I miss it! No other downloader comes even close.
Please make an update quickly, I promise to make a donation.
Keep up the good work.

For all of you giving this Add-on less than 5 starts because it's not working with the latest update of Firefox... Do some research and learn that it's Firefox breaking the add-ons not the developers... The ONLY reason I even use Firefox is because of DownThemAll! If he decides to stop publishing updates. I am going to drop Firefox all together because of their stupidity in the direction they are taking the company [Mozilla].
