an addon that allowed me to make sagetoo tooltips appear FASTER on mouseover.. and control tooltips appearing speed would be far more useful than this

This is good. But as far as xkcd goes, I recommend Comics Alt Text which displays the text in grey beneath the strip.

Tiny but indispensable add-on. Especially helpful for slow tooltip-readers like me. Also I guess if you got shaky hands or something. Terrific, thank you!

Solves the xkcd problem beautifully.
Very good workaround until https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=395668 gets fixed.

I love it.
More web developers are stuffing book chapters in title attributes and descriptions so this is very helpful.
It doesn't appear to work on tabs but it still deserves 5 stars.
