FEATURE: The tooltip for the enable/disable icon is now dependent on the add-on state.
FEATURE: The add-on items now scroll with an animation by an integer amount of items.
FIX: Start-up is now more reliable, for example when quickly opening multiple windows.
FIX: Context menu items are now created only when necessary.
FIX: The panel background was made transparent to prevent a paint bug with 100% CPU upon resize.
FIX: The number of rows of blocks is now at least six if needed (rounding correction).
