It's wonderful tool. Still I request, if you could add basic rich text formatting options, this will be make firefox equivalent to wordpad.

tabbed notes as much as i need in a tab to write and copy everything i need to work! ?

negative: I'm missing a helpfile about the onlineservice Simplenote...it's easy to sign up and store the notes, but what about encryption if i wanna store sensible data?

I discovered that it was my error that caused me to not find my notes and not the app itself. I donated to thank the developer for all of his/her hard work.

I've been using this for a couple of months, and I can honestly say its a disappointment.
The user interface is not easy because you have to search for your archived notes instead of having an index. Today was the final straw, I categorized a tab, called it "Emails" for email addresses, and as soon as I categorized it, all the data was gone and the tab was not in the archive.
This program would be useful because its always on the ready to use and stays on top, but if its hard to save or find your data, whats the point of it??? It needs some major fixing to make it more user friendly.

Very useful Add-On - one of my candidates for moving from Outlook Notes - few glitches: does not search in archive, tabs of open notes not scrolling (more than 6 active notes) - a short list of notes would be great. I would spend money for some of these improvements ;) - and notes are backuped along with the bookmarks - so no danger loosing them.

It seems that people mostly do not use this as their main note making application, as I have used Opera's notes. But still, Opera notes, even having not so many functions, are easier and faster in use. It's not possible to have a lot of notes here (I had 60 or more in Opera) and the vertical display of notes would be better. So, you have to make QuickFox more minimalistic.

Almost there.
This add on features quick note taking, note syncing, searching, and simplicity.
But the fatal flaw for me is the lack of text formatting or high lighting. I am looking to replace Notepad++ for this very reason. I need to be able to highlight important phrases and cross out items that are completed.
I am looking for Win7 Sticky Notes with search, or Notepad++ with text formatting. I use them for tech trouble shooting notes.
I also don't like that I have to open up Firefox to use it but can't count this as a flaw since it is meant for Internet notes, not desktop notes. I was just hoping...

I use this constantly, and it's great. I love the fact that I can open it independently of my browser. That means I can review a note and not have to wait for Firefox to open. The archive and save as bookmarks implementations mean you'll never lose a note, especially using syncing software. Fantastic job, definitely one of my very favorite add-ons! I recommend this to everyone who's ever forgotten some piece of info from a website you can't quite remember...

I imagine I will be using it fairly often, not as my main note-taking application but as a temporary place to put notes to be organized and stored elsewhere. I would like it even more if it had rich text capabilities and could insert hyperlinks.

Excellent application! Can't live without it especially if you are doing work across computers!

I love QuickFox Notes.
Every so often a tool comes a long that turbocharges my productivity and this is one of them. I run a virtual company and I live in my browser. This has changed the way that I take notes during calls, keep my ToDo list and otherwise has completely replaced any sort of post-it note. I just love this product!

Could you add a function at right-key menu of firefox, Import to QFN. With this function we can add web content to QFN directly. Thank you.

I really like this addon. It works great for me except one little problem. The context menu. I've read what the faq says and I've done it, still nothing. I've tried both the 32 and 64 since that isn't explained, and still nothing. More explanation and detail on that might be nice. Or hey, just make it part of the add on to begin with.
