I have used IE View for quite a while and I really like it because it is so easy to use. I looked at IE Tab but I prefer IE View because I want IE to be started rather than just a tab that is running IE. I also like the auto url because it makes it painless to open my banking site. I just click the quick link to the bank site and up comes IE. Very nice! Do you have plans to add IE View to Chrome? I have been playing with Chrome and I really miss IE View.

What happened to the "Open this page in IE" toolbar button? I seem to have lost that. It's no longer available in the toolbar customize menu.

Is this supposed to open an IE tab within the FF window, or is it supposed to open a whole separate IE window for the page that you choose? Thanks. Its great, I like it, but it's opening in a separate window and I was hoping it would just open an IE tab right in my FF window.

招商银行的网页使用落后封闭的activex，导致不支持firefox。
在Windows 7下，firefox使用ie tab打开招商银行登录页，导致firefox崩溃。
ie tab 没有一个列表，会自动弹出ie打开。
对于国内的落后网银，需要自动弹出ie打开网银，需要使用ie view扩展，即可实现。

Very useful for me. The only problem I have with it is because it first tries to open the URL in Firefox itself, even if it's already in the "always in IE" list.The consequences:
1) Doubles page load time
2) Sometimes the original URL gets transformed in Firefox, and IE gets already transformed URL, which causes problems for my needs

I did and now have IE View working on current version without any issues.

Opening certain pages are very useful for me. I'm using Lastpass but it cannot be used when I using IE Tab. But with this, I can use Lastpass in a new IE window!

Funny guy. I've been using IE View for years; it does exactly what I want it to: use the IE rendering engine *outside* of Firefox... in Avant Browser (with way more "IE tools" than [whatever] IE Tab thank you very much).

Useful: opens IE quickly from bookmark or already-loaded page. It's needed in particular since IE Tab does not work in Firefox 3.6 and Coral IE Tab did not work on my PC.
Since it's simple and light-weight, IE Viewer may actually have an advantage over in-tab IE viewers.

make this feature available for mac im looking forward to it. i keep coming back and forth to see if its available for mac but not yet...it would be real helpful. thanks anyways.

Great extension. I'm a webmaster and need to see IE, but I don't want to pollute my desktop with the browser-from-hell any longer than necessary ;') (And no, despite their claims, IE8 is Still not CSS compliant. Positioning comes out wrong half the time. It breaks sites that work in every other browser so you have to use compatibility mode. It's still a dog. I wish they'd just give up and license Firefox as their browser)
