Doesn't work... a pity, but fortunately I found something similar that works like a charm ! https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/firefox/addon/autopagerize/
This may help the ones like me for whom Autopager doesn't work anymore (since too long...)

Worked from 36 to 38, partially on 39. Never worked on 40.
I created a new profile (for other problems), but in the \profiles\<myprofile\autopager\ no file is written (on old profile, before 40, worked).

There is still an error in splitbrowse.js on Line 244
newEntry = newEntry.QueryInterface(Components.interfaces.nsIHistoryEntry);
NS_ERROR_XPC_BAD_CONVERT_JS: Could not convert JavaScript argument arg 0 [nsISupports.QueryInterface]
this line seems to be redundant since it is immediately followed and overridden by
newEntry = newEntry.QueryInterface(Components.interfaces.nsISHContainer);
Before Mozilla started to sign all extensions I just removed it locally, and it worked fine.

(Gotta love how I can't reply to a reply without editing my original review. /smh)
Just as dead and broken as the original.
And no tutorials left anywhere that Google can find.

No. You probably haven't disabled the original addon.
My Reply:
I didn't even have the original installed, and none of the help links work.
Well, I don't know, it works here on Firefox 41.

When you insert a rule into the linkxpath and contentxpath dialog boxes, the rule should be turning red or green. And nothing appears in the results box. Nothing is highlighted on the web page if a match is found.

I resolved my problem. My about:addons page contained 2 copies of "AP-fixed to 0.8.0.10.1-signed" in it.
I disabled the one that said: "AutoPager is a Firefox/Mozilla/Chrome/Opera/Safari/Fennec extension to autoload the next page(s) when you scroll pages."
And left the one that said: "AutoPager Fixed is a fixed version of AutoPager extension for Firefox 36+ (non-E10s mode) to autoload the next page(s) when you scroll pages."
I haven't made any changes to FireFox in years, so it must have been something Mozilla did. Plus, version 38.0.5 is not accessible to the users yet.
Thank you for your very prompt reply! I truly appreciate your effort & time!!!

This add-on is extremely useful for sites such as manga sites or forums as it saves you the trouble of having to manually change page.

Thank you, This extension has always been a must have. Since few days I use Pale Moon (Open Source, Firefox-based web browser that seems faster than the original firefox) do you think possible to make it work with this version ?
You just need to add Pale Moon's GUID : {8de7fcbb-c55c-4fbe-bfc5-fc555c87dbc4} to line 6 of the chrome.manifest, that's all :)
Thank you !

Nice plugin. It's worked.
I would like to see a new feature in future release:
"When you scroll up page, it's loading previous page. "
It's be very useful for forums.
