Very useful extension.
Is possible to fix names issue when using "Archive xpi" function on mozilla add-ons site?
Using "right click -> Save as..." xpi file names are retrieved correctly (such as mr_tech_toolkit-6.0.3.3-fx+tb+sb+sm+fn.xpi), while using "Archieve xpi" I obtain file names like "addon-421-latest.xpi"

great addon. i particularly like the possibility to open the addons window in another tab. just one bug though... firefox cant check for updates anymore while this is enabled. i'm using ff 3.5b4 so maybe this doesn't occur on the latest stable version of ff. please look into it. thanks. :)

Having upgraded to Firefox 3.5b4, I found that some of my add-ons like Greasemonkey were not compatible.

After installing this extension, I can force them to work with this version of Firefox.

I guess most of the feedback is not coming from the correct audience... If this addon is tagged "Developer Tools" You'll here more from my kind of users.

I can't live without this now... being an addon-author.

What's the point of this? Only bloats Firefox, but adds very little. Virtually nothing I couldn't do without this addon.

I don't understand what MR Tech Toolkit does what firefox would not do without it. Unless the description does not tell me I see no reason to have this. I got so many extensions, I do not need useless ones. And apparently firefox is able to install all these extensions without any problems. So I won't use this.

I have used this for several years now and every time I install Firefox it is one of the first add-ons I install. Love the no wait install. Thanks for all of your work over the years Mel, Thanks Stu

Excellent, perhaps the extension I use the most.
I've discovered right now that 'Archive XPI' does not appear anymore on the context menu (when applicable of course) when download link is on addons.mozilla.org, but still do on other websites xpi downloads. What did 'Mozilla add-ons' change in their page?

The auto-archiving bug has been there, off and on, for years. Compared with all the other functionality provided there in, I find much to compel me to keep it installed in every version of Firefox I have installed. And the author is on the stick for support. What's not to like?

I've used this great extension for many a year and I'd be lost without it. It does everything I want and more and I'd really love to see the return of the archive function.

Good Tools!
I am always using this tool.

But until the Auto-archive feature is working again, there's no compelling reason for me to install it in Fx3. Missing the restore session(s) on restart (only on restart, not on start) doesn't help (even if it may really be a Firefox 3 problem, still). Plenty of other features, though, for those who need them.

Thanks for a masterful idea and great implementation. This is the first extension I add to every profile I use. Prior to adding my own extension even.
Great work!

I installed MR. Tech Toolkit cause I had trouble editing a file for NNL. With it I had no problem editing the file or anything. I like how things are laid out in the Tools menu. I no longer have to click Add-ons and find what I want to do. This is a MUST have in my opinion.
