YesScript
Z 5 z 5 gwězdkow pógódnośony
Some of my favorite website forums have recently been using a JavaScript which changes selected text to HTML popup advertising links. Quite annoying to say the least. When scrolling the page, if the cursor touches the linked text and ad pops up.
Turning off JavaScript in Firefox (Options/Content/Enable JavaScript) works, but that disables all JavaScript in all pages all the time.
The solution is "YesScript." it allows you to disable JavaScript for individual websites as you choose by adding them to the blacklist in YesScript. It is simple, easy, non-intrusive, and user-selectable as to where the Add-on is enforced.
Fantastic Add-On! THANK YOU!
Remove Duplicate Messages
Z 5 z 5 gwězdkow pógódnośony
I am an old-time Eudora user.. So long ago that I bought it off the shelf, in a box! I later upgraded to the freeware ad-supported version. When it was time to move on to Thunderbird recently I wanted to be sure that I imported all my older messages and such. I imported the early version files into the intermediate version, then imported that into the current 3.0.4 T'bird. As you can imagine there were a LOT of duplicate messages. Trying to organize messages by folders and years made it worse. I found "Remove Duplicate Messages (Alternate) 0.3.3" and it found well over 1,600 duplicate messages. Can you imagine how long it would take to deal with that manually? "RDM alt" did the job easily in minutes helping make migration to Thunderbird a lot easier. .
