It was a very good addon specially combined with "FiltaQuilla" which advanced the filtering options.

With your addon I could select manually for each messege, which filter should take action.

Is it a chance you program it for a donation for the current Thunderbird (78) Version?

So simple and so needed! Works perfectly. Been waiting for this since TB 68 came out. My only question is why Mozilla hasn't included direct access to this functionality as a part of TB. Thank you!

As the original developer hasn't updated the add-on and is very busy to accept the contribution, why doesn't Physikus just deploy a new add-on that is compatible with the latest TB and help us all out?!

you need to drag it and drop from Options --> Toolbar Layout to toolbar.

Toolbar button does its job, TB 60.3.3

Installed Folder Filters Button 1.4 with Thunderbird 60, restarted TBird. "Run Filters on Folders" does not show up on Tools menu.
I need this add-on to work.

I'm writing this to confirm that the plugin still works fine under Thunderbird 52. Although you do have to install it manually for now.

This extension works exactly as needed, even works without problems in seamonkey (after converting it in the http://addonconverter.fotokraina.com/ converter).

It would be possible to add an item to the context menu of the mail folder (as it does, for example, addon "Remove Duplicate Messages (Alternate)")?

It doesn't work on Saved Search (Virtual) Folders. I've created virtual folders which aggregate all inbox, sent, drafts, spam and trash folders from all my 13 IMAP accounts. It's very useful, since I can see eg. all sent messages in a single view. I hoped this extension would work on virtual folders, but it doesn't. Can something be done about it?

I'm sorry it doesn't work for you...
Just to clarify, this plugin is just a simple wrapper to the execute the "Run Filters on Folders" from Tools menu.
If you manually go to Tools menu and click on the "Run Filters on Folders", does it work?
I have never used it for saved search folders, and maybe, just maybe this functionality does not work for virtual folders.
