- SeaMonkey: Found a way to make Reply and Reply to All work with Identity Chooser installed

- On Windows: When an external application such as a web browser opens a Compose windows (via a mailto: link) the identities menu will pop up

- On Windows: The identities menu pops up if the user uses "Send To -> Mail recipient"

- Replying to a news posting now works as expected

- Fixed bug in mailto:-link handling

- The order of the identities in the enhanced buttons is now the same as the order in the message composer's From: field.
- Disabling the colorize feature in the settings now removes the color in open compose windows
