"It's restoring almost all of my tabs with "New Tab" instead of the actual page, so it's mostly become useless to me."

My problem as well, and now I seem to be getting extra new tabs. For awhile I have to disable this and go back to either TabMixPlus or Firefox session handling.

btw, I don't mind when the tabs are not open (you have to hit the tab to reactivate it) as it probably is saving memory at the time and I can open them as needed.

I plan on trying again in a week or two, as this extension has been a keeper over the years.
