This is an awesome add-on.. It has changed the way I surf. I no longer open up a million links and page laboriously through the tabs. I hover, take a peek, if I like, I hit the tab button.. viola!

Keep up the awesome job dude, and ignore the hoser "gime". He obviously could do a better job all by himself, eh?

It galls me that people get prissy and outraged with developers working for the "for the love of the project" as compensation.

Thanks again for a great plug-in

First of all, you're lucky that the developer even dignified your review with a response, since it is written like a mentally deficient child (if you want to be taken seriously, try spelling out the words "one", "to", and "and"; it's really not that difficult).

Second, you are calling it a "piece of poo" simply for the default mouse controls? Complaints about the user interface are completely appropriate, when criticized appropriately. "Piece of poo"? Come on. I sincerely hope for your sake that you _are_ 8 years old or less.

More to the point; this is an excellent add-on, and it is one of my five "essentials" (the others being Adblock Plus, NoScript, Download Statusbar, and Foxmarks). I don't personally have a problem with the controls, but yes, it might be nice to be able to customize them.

I like it great little extension..a question though.I would rather use the scroll wheel,i see where you say set image tweak in about config to true.I have done that but even a small image scrolls up huge with one click of scroll button.Where as if i use ctrl and scroll when set to false..it moves in measured amounts which is good as i scroll the image.Would this have anything to do with another smooth scrolling wheel settings??

Great add-on! The normal white screen that appears as the default background color when viewing images online is really bright and hard to look at. As someone suggested above, with this add-on you can change the default color to #888888.

It would be nice if when you right clicked an image, an option to "View Image in New Tab" was available.

Version 0.18 will have an additional ctrl+alt+richtclick shortcut to open the image in a new tab.
BTW, firefox already provides such a function: if you right click on an image, and hold down ctrl when clicking on "view image", the image will be loaded in a new tab.

Great! I adore it! Only one little problem for me... I have this little lovely extension called Easy DragToGo, so I can just drag an image and it will be downloaded. But now that doesn't work :( So I think... maybe you could add a little option for those who want - to drag while holding a key down for moving the image? Or dragging in special direction, because in the DTG it's supported. Could you, please? Thanks for considering it! :)

It should be possible to perform drag and drop of the currently displayed image by holding down ctrl before starting to drag.

Firefox 3.1 adds preliminary support for this (https://developer.mozilla.org/En/CSS/CSS_transform_functions) so it should be feasible.
