I'm using this plugin on a daily basis in my job as sysadmin, and my reaction time is really faster then with the traditional Nagios Mail. If you are using Nagios and did not try this plugin yet, give it a try, but be warned, if you try it you will loved it.

This plug-in is so helpful when you are monitoring a ton of services and host. How many of us don't have a FireFox window open 99% of the time anyway.
I did a helpful How-to on my site for anyone having trouble with getting it going.
