Add-on Compatibility Check

Why isn't this add-on signed by mozilla?!? I get "his add-on could not be installed" ...because it isn't signed by mozilla. I'm running TB 140.120.0esr, and a warning appaeared about the upcoming ESR channel changes and strongly recommending running this add-on before deciding how to proceed. It seems like this is an official thing, so don't understand why it's unsigned.
