Owl for Exchange

I have wasted three days trying to persuade Microsoft to let Thunderbird send emails from this address. It has been perfectly content to let Thunderbird receive emails but
wouldn't accept the same credentials for smtp.

I set up the account again using Owl and everything worked instantly and automatically - I didn't even need to set up the extension in the add-ons manager. I can't tell you how impressed I am with this extension; it is worth every penny in time saved alone.

I then had an issue with attachments and contacted support. Owl support were very prompt in their reply and the latest update fixed it.

I wish I didn't have to use o365 at all but this is the next best thing to being Microsoft free.

It really is a bargain; if you're hesitating, just use it. Simple, cheap and it works.
