So good I didn't even remember I was using it. Until Thunderbird 68. Now it doesn't work.

Using version 68.5.0 (32-bit) and the add-on DOES NOT work.

Before the Thunder update I was able to use it just fine. Now the add on opens on a very long window, I am unable to adjust the window size, making it impossible to use as I cannot see any buttons, nor can I scroll the window. Needs to be updated to be supported with the new Thunderbird update.

Using version 68.5.0 (32-bit) - Addon works!

Had a very hard time finding how to use it.
Thanks to a message by Brian on Feb. 7, 2020

" HOW TO USE:
Use the "Tools" button on the menu bar along the top,
NOT the Tools button under the hamburger "Options" menu.
Make sure you have the menu bar enabled
by clicking the hamburger "Options" button at top right,
then "Options" and you'll see the Menu Bar option.
Make sure it has a check mark next to it, verifying that it's enabled."

In Tools menu, click on Manually Sort Folders...

Since the recent Thunderbird update - this has been rendered unusable. Search as I might, the settings for this cannot be found. PLEASE FIX!!! I miss this!

After updating my Thunderbird to v60.9.1, it is now not possible to sort accounts and the Extra settings does not work. Please help.

i manage 50 accounts and my screen resolution on windows 10 is 1280x1024. with 50 accounts the window of "manually sort folders" is too big to fit the screen and i can't view the "ok" button to confirm the order of the accounts. fix the size of the window, please.

Updated rating: Add-on works fine. Deducting two stars for lack of support and documentation, and for the frustration factor.

Does not work since several versions of Thunderbird.

Konnte nach Installation erst mal keine Bedienmöglichkeit finden.
"iridescent Soylent" schrieb heute, dass er das selbe Problem hatte. Für Benutzer in Deutscher TB-Version:
"Extras/Konten- & Ordnerreihenfolge ändern"; dann poppt das Bedienmenü für das ADD-On auf. Ansonsten ein tolles Feature

Great Addon, but it needs to be updated!
For those who are still searching for the menu:
Hamburger Button ==> Options ==> Menu Bar.
Than Tools (at the top) ==> Manually Sort Folders

Addon does nothing, no menu in Tools, or anywhere. What is the point of this then? Deleted

Used to work brilliantly - but since I recently upgraded (to 68.4.2), while this loads OK, it doesn't appear in 'Tools' and I can't see how else to activate it. Hope it's just a hiccup

Leider derzeit bei vielen Mailkonten (>60) nicht zu gebrauchen, da die Funktion zu scrollen usw. im Fenster nicht mehr zu sehen ist und auch bei weniger als 60 Mailkonten nicht soweit nach unten anzeigt, weil zu weit unten die Bedientasten sind und die Scrollfunktion mangelhaft und somit nicht zu bedienen ist.
Tipp: ein Button täte schon reichen, um die Mailkonten automatisch alphabetisch zu sortieren. ;-)

I was glad to be able to use it, every time I do a fresh install.
Sad it doesn't work anymore on january 2020 with TB 68.4.1 64 bits on Windows 10.
