Just installed, great stuff, really usefull.
The only little missing thing that could make a superstar of this add-on: the possibility to attach files to templates.
But anyway, it works fine !

Hi WizKid,

thanks for this usefull Addon.
In futher i try to use only opensource, so i have to change my emailprogram.
In Thunderbird i miss a multi signature tool.
Because i write emails in englisch / german and both also for buissnes or privat.

With Quicktext i get the solution opensorce.
I use it to add one of my signatures.

This addon has saved me so much time. I am a musician and this has allowed me to quickly add links to our website, descriptions of our sound needs, addresses, recommendations, etc. Anything I might type over and over again, I use Quicktext instead. Ah. Thank you, WizKid.

0.9.11.3 crashed Tb17 continously and there was no update downloaded after installing Tb17.
Luckily, 0.9.11.5 fixed the crashes.
Great, couldn't imaging working in Thunderbird w/o help of QuickText.

This addon is wonderful. It's a total replacement for default template feature of Thunderbird and improved that idea a lot.
I was thinking about another great feature you can add to this addon:
Autocompletion similar to when you are writing a similar/exact text in a cell in LibreOffice Calculator/MS Excel. In this feature when you're typing similar text the suggested text would be shown in opposite color highlight (white text in black bg) and user can select the suggested text by pressing Enter, or just ignore it by continuing his typing.

Thank you for updating Quicktext so fast. It is now working with TB 17. This made my day. Got all my templates back and use it every day. Very useful Add On.
